3½ozfeta100 g, cut into large chunks
2Tbltahini30 g
1Tbllemon juice15 ml
1Tblfull fat yogurt15 g
¼cupolive oil60 ml
½tspsmoked paprika
1tsptoasted white sesame seeds
1tspsumac
Instructions
Add beets, feta, tahini, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, and smoked paprika to a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed.
